Mr. Charles Chinyura is a seasoned business leader, finance professional, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning banking, telecommunications, fuel retail, and pharmaceuticals. Renowned for his visionary leadership and unwavering integrity, he has successfully driven growth and transformation across multiple industries.

As Chief Executive Officer of GW Pharmaceutical (2026 – Present), he leads the strategic direction and operations of the company, driving business growth, innovation, and market expansion within the pharmaceutical sector.

Prior to this role, Charles served as Managing Director of Fuel Stop (2019 – 2025), where he oversaw overall business operations and corporate strategy, spearheading expansion initiatives and strengthening the company's market presence.

He previously served as Finance Business Partner at Liquid Telecom (2011 – 2018), providing strategic financial support to business units and delivering financial analysis, planning, and performance management to enhance profitability and decision-making. He began his career as a Credit Analyst at CBZ Bank (2004 – 2010), where he assessed credit risk, evaluated lending proposals, and contributed to maintaining high credit standards.

He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Business Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe (2022), and a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), Zimbabwe (2005).

Mr. Charles Chinyura combines extensive financial expertise with strategic leadership capabilities, making him a respected executive committed to delivering excellence, fostering innovation, and creating lasting value for stakeholders.

Deverson Botoman is the General Manager of Gen-Wadadisa Pharmaceuticals, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and supporting the strategic direction of the company.

An accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across the public, NGO, farming, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors, he has a proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance operational performance, optimise resource utilisation, and support sustainable business growth.

His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making. He is highly experienced in working with regulatory authorities, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining sound governance practices, and fostering productive relationships with oversight institutions.

His versatility enables him to contribute effectively across finance, operations, and business leadership while supporting regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals.

He holds a Master's in Business Leadership (2021), a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree (2017), and an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (2018). His professional development includes certifications in Short-Term Insurance, Fraud Detection, Entrepreneurship, and Accounting for Decision Making. He is proficient in Sage Pastel 200, Berlina Payroll System, and QuickBooks.
