Charles Chinyura
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Charles Chinyura is a seasoned business leader, finance professional, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning banking, telecommunications, fuel retail, and pharmaceuticals. Renowned for his visionary leadership and unwavering integrity, he has successfully driven growth and transformation across multiple industries.
As Chief Executive Officer of GW Pharmaceutical (2026 – Present), he leads the strategic direction and operations of the company, driving business growth, innovation, and market expansion within the pharmaceutical sector.
Prior to this role, Charles served as Managing Director of Fuel Stop (2019 – 2025), where he oversaw overall business operations and corporate strategy, spearheading expansion initiatives and strengthening the company's market presence. He previously served as Finance Business Partner at Liquid Telecom (2011 – 2018) and began his career as a Credit Analyst at CBZ Bank (2004 – 2010).
He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Business Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Zimbabwe (2022), and a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), Zimbabwe (2005).

Reuben Kathumba

Reuben Kathumba is the Head of Commercial Services at Gen-Wadadisa Pharmaceuticals, where he leads commercial strategy, business development, market expansion and strategic partnership initiatives.
He plays a central role in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships and advancing the organisation's mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare solutions.
With a professional background spanning pharmacy, business management, clinical dermatology and healthcare innovation, Reuben brings a combination of scientific understanding and commercial leadership to the pharmaceutical sector.
He works with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare institutions, regulatory stakeholders, development partners and industry participants to support market access, product commercialisation and sustainable healthcare partnerships.
